Can I return an item?

Yes, of course. Providing it’s within 14 days of purchase and unused however in many cases we’ll find a solution so that you won’t even need to return your items.

What is your returns policy?

The first thing to do is get in touch with our Customer Service team by emailing . Once our customer services team have reviewed your return request, you would need to repackage your goods in their original packaging. Then simply return the package in the post, and providing the products reach us in their original condition, we’ll process your refund. When returning your items, we would highly recommend using a courier service that enables you to track the parcel’s progress back to us.

What we will not accept as a return.

If we deem the machine has been used unfortunately we will not refund the machine.

We will also not refund breakages if we deem the machine has been misused, but is not limited to, being used in wet conditions, being used with balls other than Feed Buddy light or tennis balls or being dropped or hit hard by a ball.

We will also not accept returns on Feed Buddy machines used with an electric adapter to the mains. The Machines are intended to be used with 4 x D batteries and not mains powered which is the reason we do not sell the mains adapters. The warranty of the machine is nullified if we deem a mains adapter to have been used.

We will not accept Speed Buddy returns where they have not been used with a standard UK electricity supply, i.e: used with a battery or inverter or an overseas power source. This nullifies the 6 month warranty. In addition any Speed Buddy using a non-UK electricity supply also nullifies the warranty that we offer.

We will not accept Feed Buddy PRO  or Speed Buddy returns where they have been used with non-Feed Buddy balls. Balls other than our own Feed Buddy ball risk burning out the motor as they are heavier. This will invalidate your warranty on these two machines.

Who Pays Postage on returns?

If you choose to return an item to us, you as the customer are liable to cover the cost. That’s why we recommend using a courier, as unfortunately we can’t be held responsible for any products you return that go missing.

What happens if I have received faulty goods?

In the unlikely event you have received an item which is faulty or defective, we will try and get to the bottom of things as soon as possible. Email our Customer Service team at and they’ll advise you on the best course of action and how to return your items. Any goods deemed faulty or defective, you will receive a full refund or exchange. You must inform us within 7 days of purchase if you deem a product to be faulty.

Can I get a refund?

Yes –refunds will be paid using the same method used to pay for the original purchase, so for example, if you buy using PayPal we’ll refund the money back into that same account.

We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible. Please allow for items to be inspected and usual payment provider clearance days.
