All deliveries are dispatched on a DHL or Evri next working day service at a cost of £4.99. This service is tracked ensuring you receive your Feed Buddy product quickly and efficiently.

Please be aware if delivery is to a business address or flats/apartments we will not accept liability for the package being deliverd in a communal reception or area and subsequently not reaching the buyer.

International delivery takes 2-5 working days and at a cost of £22.99. This service is sent through DHL and is tracked and signed for. Please note that Feed Buddy is not responsible for any customs/duty charges in the local country and this must be paid by the customer. Please note that the customer cannot reject the Feed Buddy if customs duties are due. They must pay the duties and return the Feed Buddy if they wish to cancel their order.
